Thursday Favorites (August Edition)

This week, I wanted to share a handful of things that have been adding nourishment to my life; physically, mentally and spiritually. September is right around the corner and we are gearing up to spend two months in Nashville! Next week I will start preparing the packing details for our big trip. I am really looking forward to taking the processes I've been creating and using in our home and implementing them in a new environment. This comes to me as a welcomed and exciting challenge! Fun fact: our son Nash is named after Nashville; that is where my husband Pete & I lived, met and got married before moving back to the PNW in 2018. We are thrilled to be headed back!

Pilgrim’s Inn by Elizabeth Goudge (just started reading, but really enjoying so far!)
Fueling my body:
Magnesium Breakthrough, every night.
